Theo - Madigan's Fly Like An Eagle
(Am.Ch.HCh.Britannia Chip Thrills MX AJX UD CGC TDI ROMA MV

b. May 3, 1998
Amanda and Theo were from Ashton's 3rd and final litter. It had been more than two years since our previous litter, as we had endured several failed attempts at much-wanted breedings, so when this litter was born - 4 girls and 4 boys, we were thrilled!
We kept Amanda and Theo and both grew into lovely adults. Amanda, a lovely feminine brown lady, finished her championship easily, getting her final points by taking best of breed over group and BIS winning specials, and on to a group placement. Since then we have shown her occasionally and she has earned other group placements, always owner handled. As a veteran at the 2006 BCCC Specialty she was awarded Best Veteran Bitch, and at the 2009 BCCC Specialty she was awarded Best Veteran in Specialty. Unfortunately despite several breeding attempts, we were never able to get a litter from her. She lived a long full life, passing just a couple of months shy of 17 years old.
Theo earned several points towards his championship but was much slower to mature, and ultimately the show ring was not where he wanted to be so we decided not to continue showing him. He's a sweet goof around the house who, like most of the boys, just wants a hug! Sadly as he aged he declined steadily, and we had to make the decision to let him go just days before his 12th birthday.
